It seems that I was not too clear. m4a is the extention of iPod music files which curently are not supported by Music Library plagin (I can see only MP3 formated files).

I tried to play these files in My Music - the ID3 tags (song info) is read but nothing happens when you actually play the file.

search for a directshow filter for m4p files, you might get lucky.
