Described Video

Hello All,
I am running NextPVR on an ubuntu install with HDHomeRun.  I have watched a few recordings which were fine but I just had one that has the described video playing (someone talking about the scenes).  I pulled down the audio settings on the recording and I only see English and Spanish.  There are other examples on the web which talk about setting the default language but the ubuntu version does not have that setting.

Is there anything I can do to get rid of the described video playing?

Described video is often on the Spanish track.

What were you using to watch the recording? The web app?

I see this every once in a great while. Something I record using my HDHomeRun Prime (and watch in Kodi) has the descriptive audio track selected by default. If I switch it to English that fixes it. I'm just figuring every once in a blue moon the source provider sets the descriptive track in the place that Kodi (in my case Kodi anyway) is expecting the default track (or the provider sets the default track to the descriptive one). I think it's happened to me maybe half a dozen times in the last couple of years.

After reading a few other posts, I updated the firmware on the HDHomeRun. I also set the default language in Plex to see if that will make any difference. I will be recording more shows this week so hopefully the described video track will be gone.

The updates to HDHomeRun did not make any difference and new recordings also have described video. I discovered that if I pick Spanish as the language, it plays in English without the described video.
