TV playback issue

I have updated to 5.2.2(211017)
Soon after it had an issue!
when playing recorded TV the program started fine and then a few seconds in the video darkens 50% ish
Can still see it and sound is fine, it’s simply too dark to watch
I have tried restarting PC, updated the Nvidia drivers, doing a fresh recording still no resolution
I hadn’t changed my settings in decoders
Going direct to my TV (TS) file it plays fine!
Oddly other movies etc work fine via NPVR so it’s just the TS files

Your logs need to be zipped and under 2MB for attachments to work. Also if you have a trackball or wireless mouse see if disabling it helps.

my mouse is the old style USB and hasn't changed over the last few updates

You sent year old logs. Just send the zip file that NextPVR creates for you.

No you didn't, sub zipping the logs for you should make it easy.

thanks for your support
as I was digging around i noticed other issues
i have done a FULL uninstall
updated the LAV decoders

and now totally fresh install and all is well and wife is talking to me again :-)

i truly don't understand what went wrong other than it appeared after update to latest version!

Since this is a resolved thread did you try the solution that worked which was likely installing and configuring the LAV 32 bit decoder?

no i didn't
as i drilled around I found i had other issues i hadn't seen before and simply made the decision that a fresh install was called for
sorry i can't point you anywhere specific

the fresh install did work!
