Need help. [Failed: No errors, but no data delivered] pci-e and usb tuners

Hi, I've been running nextpvr for some time now, and just recently started getting these recording errors in the web interface. Please help. This has been several days, and i keep getting a [Failed: No errors, but no data delivered. This is usually because the device failed to lock a signal.] I'm using nextpvr with kodi on a fire TV, and I'm running everything on a old dell xps machine with a  i7 3770 cpu. I'm using a combination of usb tuners, and pci-e tuners. I'll post a screenshot of my tuners. I'm able to tune live tv on the channels that failed to record. Not sure why they failed, but they did. I'll post a screenshot of the shows that failed too as well the logs. Any help would be appreciated as to why this is suddenly happening.

It looks like two of your tuners have driver issues now and had signal issues.  Check your antenna and any splitters you are using after a PC reboot.

It certainly doesn't look like a NextPVR issue.

Sorry for the delay, I just wanted to wait a few days and make sure my recordings were recording. I think it's working now. There were some errors when i ran sfc /scannow and after i ran a checkdisk and rebooted, it seems like things are back to the way they were before. shows are recording, so i'm happy.
