Some of my channels disappeared in the EPG, I deleted the channels and the IPTV provider to register the provider again, hoping to get a full EPG. Now, I can not get a single hit when I scan for channels. What can I do?

In the settings->devices page, click your IPTV device and click ‘update channels’

If that doesn’t get them, hold the ctrl key, and click the delete device button, and go through the import process again.

It sounds like either IPTV provider is down, or your account no longer works.

If you want to post your logs after trying to import the channels, I'll check what's happening

I restored the computer before I read the post... Now it's  like before, 12 national channels are gone.. that's why I deleted the channels and provider in the first place.
The lost channels are loaded in my TV app, so the EPG seems to work.
I have in config.xml extended the EPG load time to 120 from 60 secs, and then to 360 seconds. Also extended SchedulesDirect to 14 days.
I am very grateful for your help ?

Not clear exactly what you're talking about. ie, unable to scan in some IPTV channels, or you just don't have guide data for those channels.

Quote:I have in config.xml extended the EPG load time to 120 from 60 secs, and then to 360 seconds.
This is only for people using DVB tuners, and getting their listings from their local television broadcasts.

Quote:Also extended SchedulesDirect to 14 days.

If you're using the listings url your IPTV provider supplied, it'll be XMLTV (so not relevant to either of the two config.xml settings you refer to above).

Ok thanks, I regret I am new to this...
Anyhow, my change of settings was apparently of no use then.
I tried that anyway, now I know better. The 12 national channels are gone anyway in the excellent NextPVR  and they are still there in my Android TV's Tivimate.

Delete the device, try importing the m3u8 again, then post your logs and I'll take a look.

This is the message after trying to update
"error loading listing from http://....[object reference not set to an instance of an object]"

You’ll need to post the logs
