Import m3u file

Currently 'Import Using M3U' field in settings is meant for entering a web address. M3U channel lists can also come from a file. There is a way to do this in NextPVR if the M3U file is located on the same PC as the NextPVR server.

It would be nice to be able to browse to a file location and import the M3U file similar to the way 'Import Recordings' works.

If the url you entered does not start with "http", then it's assumed to be a filename.

ie, I regularly type "d:\test.m3u" as the m3u url. On linux you might do something like "/tmp/test.m3u"

I suspect he wants a JS fetch or a POST option.
