passthrough audio

how do i get nextpvr to passthrough audio to my receiver in windows 11?

That would be a property of whatever decoder you’re using. Typically you could set this either in the “…” button next to the decoder in the settings screen, or if it has a tray icon then it may have a settings menu on that decoder.
