IPTV M3U Not Loading

IPTV M3U Not Loading

I have used my current IPTV service on NextPVR for over a year now. I am switching from one server to another. 

When I try to import the m3u on the new, the list of channels do not show. When I try the same on the old, no channels show.

All I see in blue "0 channels no longer exist and have been deleted"
A "Filter by Channel group" button

On the old, all channels work and are still listed in the devices

I have tried on both Chrome and Edge. The New is Win11 and the old is Server 2016

Any suggestions?

You'll probably need to post the logs so I can check.

Alright then. I recently switched my ISP to ATT Fiber. They were blocking the address so I had to temp disable security.

Now, I am able to get the m3u to download on the old. However, on the new, it says downloading m3u but after 30 minutes I still have no channel list

The url is returning not found and it looks like NextPVR isn't handling that error well so you shouldn't wait as long it won't work

This is driving me crazy. It has to be something on the new pc blocking that address. If I access the old box either on the old box or from any other pc I can get it download the m3u. If I try to download the list from the new or the old while on the new it downloads nothing.

Old Box, Laptop both with Chrome can download the m3u on the old box

New box through Chrome accessing the new and old will not download the channel list

When you are using NextPVR the server is doing the download not your browser. I do see you get lots of browser errors because you are not logging in properly and are using the browser cache without refreshing the page.

Right if you leave the web page open it might not actually be logged in when you click scan etc.

As Martin said, in this case you're trying to use an invalid m3u.

For the next release, I've fixed the bug that caused it to not show the error message to the user.

I'm able to decrypt the m3u url in logs, which is included in encrypted form in the logs for support reasons, and it's definitely invalid. Trying it in a browser returns the same 404 not found message.
