Offline update v4.0.4 to v6

I'm looking to update a 4.0.4 install to v6 on a network with no internet access using a Windows 7 machine, which is primarily to test getting a RTSP stream working from my camera NVR. I've downloaded the current v6 installer as NPVR.zip but can't see how I kick off the installer. Since 404 was a long time ago, its no problem if the installer wont update this and I'll just go with a fresh v6 install.
How do I start the installer on a standalone machine?

First thing - there isn't an 'upgrade' from v4 to v5/v6. It's an entirely new app, and you need to uninstall v4 to install these later versions. You can backup your npvr.db3 and config.xml is you want to retain some settings though.

Offline install would need to download https://nextpvr.com/NPVRSetup.exe and https://nextpvr.com/stable/win64/NPVR.zip. Save the two files to the same directory, and run NPVRSetup.exe

I've just had a faceplant moment, of course use NPVRSetup.exe!
