Kodi 19.5 and version 20

My nextpvr client for Kodi19.5 for fire stick quit working by itself with a message that this nextpvr message is not supported, upgrade to 5.0.3 or later. I installed Kodi version,20 and that doesn't work either. I use a hauppauge dual tuner card with Windows 10. Where can I get a nextpvr client for 19.5 or v 20 for Kodi?

You are posting in the Android forum. From the post in the Kodi sub-forum here https://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?tid=64402 you are likely using v4 of NextPVR and it is too old and I did not support it in Nexus, there are already too many combinations to test.

I expect your Android version was automatically updated. If you want to continue to use v4 of NextPVR uninstall Kodi completely and then sideload the 19.5 apk.

I had the same problem . what you need to run nexus 20 , is version 5.2 of npvr . It is the npvr client in kodi that requires npvr to be version 5.2..

You only have two choices.  If you want to run NextPVR v4 you must uninstall v20 and manually  sideload Kodi 19.5 and don't install it from the Play Store.  Here are the instructions which will work on all your devices https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Install_Kodi_on_Fire_TV

If you want to use the PlayStore version you will need to use the current version NextPVR (or any version since 5.2)

If you have done that upload your zipped NextPVR logs and we can see what version you are running.
