Using android app outside of local network

VPN is new information, and since I am not seeing any Internet connections I am going to leave you on your own to properly configure your VPN and firewall. There is nothing wrong with how NextPVR is working now is PIN is not 0000 anymore.

Got it working. Just had to reboot the computer. Thank you for your assistance.
