Yesterday all recordings failed!
I have 5 available tuners DVBS-2 X2, DVBT2 X2 plus 1 SAT>!P (other tuners elsewhere for live TV)
Testing earlier today by switching tuners around I was able use all 5 tuners to watch live TV.
16:50 I rebooted the server.
17:00 I recorded 4 channels. 2 channels recorded correctly and 2 were zero bytes.
At 17:11 I was able to watch a channel live
At 17:12 Live TV on another channel failed.
At 17:14 Live TV worked on another channel
Any suggestions will be much appreciated!

Are you sure your satellite connections are all solid? SAT>IP and DVB-S failed to lock message indicate it could be signal related.

Thanks I will investigate! Confusing matters is that I have two dishes one with four feeds and the other with two feeds.
Live TV is via Sat>IP at all three TVs and that is still working via TVheadend and that has at least one feed from the second dish!
I dont usually use live TV via NextPVR but thought it worked when I tried a test yesterday.
I do have a real Freesat receiver so can plug it directly into the two LNBs to check if one has failed!

Thanks Chris

Not 100% certain but it looks like the LNB may be the problem. The PCIe Twin tuners will not find anything with a scan but the SAT>IP tuners finds variable numbers of channels. However Live TV using SAT>IP to TVheadend seems to work as normal but only watched a few channels.

Have ordered a replacement LNB so will pick it up early evening when the traffic has reduced!

It was difficult to identify the problem! Luckily I had a duplicate boot disk from about 6 months ago so I could run tests without destroying the current setup. The first thing was to scan each of the tuners which were DVB-S2 X2, DVB-T2 X2, and SAT>IP X3 using my "Freesat HD West/West" (Bouquet) transponder subset.

The first tuner tested was DVBS-2 1 and that found no channels! Second tuner tested was DVB-S2 2 and that found over 200 channels. Both DVB-T2 tuners seem to work but not now much of a backup for the DVB-S2 tuners because of the lack of HD channels.
DVBS2 1 tuner is the problem so disabling it and dropping it down the list removes it!

So far have used the SAT>IP tuners for Live TV but they dont seem to work with correctly with NextPVR so will look into that or I will have to buy a new DVB-S2 PC card!

I believe you had a LE instance one time, it might be worth scanning with it and NextPVR to see if it is h/w or driver related for DVB-S SAT>IP should be the same.

I only built a LibreElec server  as a test. The problem is my EPG data for many years comes from EPG Collector reading the Freesat EPG and programme IDs for avoiding duplicate recordings . It does not seem that EPG collector runs on Linux. It also does not work with a SAT>IP server so I need a real DVB-S tuner running Windows at the moment. When I first tried my SAT>IP server with NextPVR it did not work but Sub made some changes. I am in the middle of setting up a test NextPVR server to see if it will run on SAT>IP as my current server used DVB-S and DVB-T tuners!

It should work with your Telestar Digibit R1 Sat>IP server. This is what I was originally using when I developed SAT>IP support in NextPVR. That device eventually died though.
