Error "This copy of Windows is not genuine"

Is it possible to encounter a "This copy of Windows is not genuine" issue on a Windows 10 system that is solely used as a DVR with Windows Media Center? The copy of Windows is authentic, but after attempting to use NextPVR, I made some changes and now I'm unable to resolve the problem.

If it is a valid message I guess it could happen anytime.

Your problem is likely related to "the changes" that you made. It's nothing to do with NextPVR.
There are certain components which if replaced may cause windows to think it is now installed on a different PC to the one on which the license was originally activated.
