Hi then I try to record with nextpvr, the epg is off by an hour, how to fix this?

I am using Windows 11

In which client and with what EPG source type? NextPVR uses UTC

In general NextPVR does everything in UTC, and just relies on the client to convert to be able to convert to local time.

ie, make sure your Windows machine is set to the correct timezone, and is set to auto adjust for daylight savings.
