Closed Captions in 6.1.5

Just upgraded from 4.2.5 to the latest version 6.1.5. So far everything is working good except when using the Windows Client the closed captions no longer work. Can you please point me in the right direction to get them to work again?

It looks like it's not finding one of the closed captions components on your machine.

You could try doing the following. Start a command promp with 'run as administrator' then run
