NextPVRServer.exe Crashing constantly bcryptPrimitives.dll, coreclr.dll

Hi:

I'm constantly getting applications crashes for NextPVRServer.exe. As I start the NextPVR client and attempt to launch the web based UI, local host isn't responding since the app crashes. After restarting it; it's up for a while, but as I use the web UI it ends up crashing crash. Looking at  event view logs I see many crashes of these type. Unfortunately, it's making the software unusable; since it's crashing so often. 

If anyone has any ideas or suggests that would be appreciated. Thanks.

This was as new system build end of last year, and NextPVR of the following release has never worked on it with these frequent crashes.

System:
Windows 11 Pro with latest  updates
AMD Ryzen 9 9750x
