I have version 5 running on Win7 64bit, then tried to install it on two different Win7 32bit machines, but could not get it started. No user-public-data folders are created so I don't think there are logs yet. The first 32bit PC asked for DotNet 4.6, which I installed, but did not help. I am attaching a pic of the error message. I'm not sure what dependencies are missing.

I got the same error with 5.0.1.191224 and 5.0.1.200103. There may be a problem with the zip file since Microsoft.Data.Sqlite.dll has an invalid date modified.

FYI the 64bit and 32bit download links on the GitHub page appear to be the same.

Sub and I discussed that date issue but that date is coming from the Microsoft source, it is more an annoyance then anything else (it forced me to redo the linux installer). However that change was only in yesterday's release so it sounds like your problem goes back to the previous version.

I checked the package and it looks like NextPVRServer.exe is 64 bit. If you download and install the dotnet 3.1 runtime you might be ok if you run

dotnet NextPVRServer.dll

Thanks for the tip. I wasn't able to issue dotnet commands with any of the runtimes installed so I installed NET Core 3.1 SDK (v3.1.100) - Windows x86 Installer. After issuing the dotnet command I got to the login page. After login I got a blank page that sat there until I reloaded which brought up the settings. I don't have any devices in this PC so will have to test on the other one later. Since MS resumed providing guide data today I won't have access to that PC for a day or two.
Hopefully in the future there will be an exe that I can run on 32bit Win7.

Sorry - sound like I may have broken it in this current release. I'd rebuilt my development machine in the last few days, and had setup the build profiles again. I'm guessing I accidentally set this build to win64, when it should have been win32. Unfortunately I'm away until mid next week. I'll check it when I'm back home.

Right I should have said dotnet core, glad you found it. I am pretty sure that sub will fix this for the next release. Sometimes the browser will want you to add /index.html rather then automatically showing a page.

Note that You only really need the installation on one computer on you LAN anyway. From the 32 bit clients you typically would probably use Kodi with v5 for viewing.

When you get a chance, try grabbing the win32 build again. I think I've fixed it (though I don't have any 32 bit machines these days to test it myself)
