Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)

when I played that channel I received the error 'Streaming Failed (transcoder exited)'
I installed potplayer and scaned channels
it worked without problem

can you check this part of log. I attached log files

You have two tuners, a dual Hauppauge and another (maybe an old Avermedia) and I think only the Hauppauge is working since the second tuner isn't locking on signals. Maybe it was in use with your other player?

Thank you. 
I disabled that tuner(GENIATECH Mygica ATSC USB TV) and it works fine now.
that tuner is really unstable and unreliable.

I have one more question.
I set priority order like this but when I watch tv
it seems not working. I mean it doesn't start first tuner
sometimes second or third.

how does it work?

Live TV works in reverse priority to recordings, with the idea being that the "best" tuner should be used for recording. This can be changed by editing config.xml.
