Kodi Channel Icons wrong and can't be corrected

Hmm... I tried DB Browser for SQLite before my prior message, but it refuses to open the textures db file. Everything else (npvr.db3, epg db, etc.) opens properly. Maybe a clue?

Am I right that Piers is the 22.x.x version of the NextPVR Kodi plugin? If so, no, I am on 21.2.0.

Yes 22 is Piers, I forget the version numbers. It uses a new faster channel caching mode I though maybe that was the issue.

Maybe another sqlite3 client or maybe it is locked.
