Example search: american dad
Lots of results returned, in the long list I see: S02E03 Not Particularly desperate Housewives etc. Click on that and I see: Not Particularly Desperate Housewives (S02E03) etc.

However, search, more options, first field: S02E03
nothing returned
Same if searching subtitle or description, all other fields empty.

Might be a nice addition, whether it be by way of another field, of if it could be picked up via the description field.

In the web app, on the search page, you can click ‘more options’ to search in the subtitle or description etc.

It can depend on your guide source but season and episode can be stored in separate fields. I don't see many users doing adhoc searches but the advanced recording button on the search screen lets you add them an record the episode when it airs.

Otherwise for a favourite episode go to a site for tv shows and figure out the subtitle name.

NextPVR must be getting the info from somewhere (for me at least, using the guide source available to me) in order to display it. So, why not allow a search for it, either by using a new field, or perhaps by including the info in the description?
