I am very new to this program and this forum. So first I would like to greet everyone.

Unfortunatelly I faulted, I bought a Sapphire Theatrix 550p (instead of the good old Hauppauge PVRxxx - I stupid). At present I almost do nothing with it. Under PowerCinema I haven't got sound at all - doesn't matter what audio source I choose.
Under WinXP MCE I have noting. After setting up everything it states that lose TV signal, I haven't got anything. (I have to start again to set up, to tune etc.)
So far this program succeeded in tuning the chanels with picture and sound together. And the problem starts here. I can not choose Hungary from the Capture source/Recording source. For example if I choose Germany (the same PAL system) I don't get the right channels in live tv what I set up in the EPG soure (dowloaded by tv_grab_huro).
How this program tune the channels? Till now every program I tried had got a tuning process where I get the channels.
(sorry for my poor english).

Hi gaspika. I've added Hungary into the list of countries for the next release. My excuse is I had to type time manually, so lots of countries got left of the list.

In the meantime, you could try selecting 'Russia' which I think uses the same "F_UNI_CABLE, F_EEU_BROAD, AnalogVideo_SECAM_D" settings as Hungary.

You should take a look at the wiki
http://www.bladerhq.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php
and especially the config section
http://www.bladerhq.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.ph...ationNotes
and most probably also the section on tuningassistant, where you can find a reference to freqcopy (I assume Hungary uses frequencies instead of channels)

Thank you sub!

Russia doesn't help because the sytem here is PAL_B (like in Germany) and only the chennel allocation differs. (Is this the reason why I can not tune correctly?)

When will yuo release the next version including Hungary?

Is there a possibility to edit the channel frequencies that the xmltv list and the tuned channels will be the same? (You said yuo have to tipe manually.)

Here is the tunings standards according to microsoft: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/defaul...nments.asp

Did you try it set to russia? Try running the tuning assistant with it set to russia.

Probably in about a week.

Sorry I dont understand. After you import the channels, you can set the channel numbers to anything you want in the capture source settings. If you know the frequencies, you can type these in the place of the channel numbers.

Thanks Stefan for the links.
I can use the Tuning Assistant but except that I write down the frequencies and the channel number I can not do enything with the list.
As I have seen the FreqCopy is for the Hauppauge cards. If I edit the windows registry (mentioned on the linked page - this is regitry entry for the Hauppauge isn't this) will it be any influence for the GBPVR live tv with Theatrix 550?

It is very interesting. I tried the Tuning assistant with Russia and with Germany and it found all the channels with both. How could it be that the two sytem are different?

Yes, I'm sorry, I didn't read your post carefully enough; it's for hauppauge cards. What you should do is take the frequencies you get from tuning assistant, and type them in where the channel numbers go in the capture source configuration.

One week, sounds good!

Exactly: you mean that I can type the ferq. of the channel in the - Capture sources/Channels/Source channel - instead of the shown number?
