Weather - Unable to retrieve information

I just installed the weather plugin & set it up, every time I go to the weather section I get a 'Sorry - Unable to retrieve information' message.

Here is the entries in the log file:

Any ideas why I'm getting a 403 response from the server, I can browse to the page fine in my browser.
