For the PVR 500 Card I have configured two capture sources. For both I have chosen PVR500 MCE with FM tuner (maybe this is wrong?) One setup for device #1 and the other for device #2. the tuners have been configured manually (Channel Name and Channel).

Then I started a recording (this works fine). As long as the recording runs, live tv is not possible. It shows a message in the menu, that live tv does not run, because there is only one tuner.

What could i do now?

Is the channel you're trying to record available on both capture sources?

Both capture sources should have the EPG set up independently, with the specific channels enabled.

When you schedule a recording, GB-PVR will look for an available capture source that has the specified channel.

yes, both capture sources are setup independently, but with the same channels. As soon as one recording is running, i can not look live tv at all. There is immediately a message that there is no second tuner available. In the Hardware setup (device Manager, both tuners are visible and enabled. They are setup with Hauppauge drivers for Windows MCE: Name: MCE_CD_V25.ZIP, Size: 3.5Mbytes, Version: 2.5, Date: March 23, 2005).

Is it possible, that Windows MCE is interfering with the GBPVR Config in a way?

The behaviour is the same when i look live tv and start GBPVR as a second instance again and try to look live tv there -> the same message appears in the Menu.

Setup a test that shows this, then email the log files to me at support@devnz.com and I'll take a look.
