I've got a PVR350 and just added the PlayTV@P7000 and I am not having any luck getting it to work. When I try LiveTV the log extract says:
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder::StartRecording(2, 64, 63, 0)
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE getSetting(DeinterlaceMethod)
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Capture Device is based on BlackBird architecture
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Capture Device is using Conexant (derived) drivers
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Loading filter names
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Found names:
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Genesis Crossbar
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Genesis Video Capture
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Genesis TvTuner
23:23:08.627 VERBOSE Genesis TvAudio
23:23:08.647 VERBOSE FindFilterByName failed to locate filter: Genesis Crossbar
23:23:08.647 ERROR Failed to find Crossbar filter
23:23:08.647 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder::StopRecording()
23:23:15.617 VERBOSE ConexantRecorder::StopRecording()
Is this card still supported, or am I out of luck?
Regards,
Hasso

Thanks, sub. I'll give it a try tonight. I had the PVR350 as device 1 and the P7000 as device 2.

Hasso

Well, I tried your suggestion without success. I removed the PVR350 leaving just the Pixelview PlayTV@7000 (using the PlayTV@P7000 Blackbird setting at device 1) and still get an error:

any other suggestions?

OK... I don't understand, but I put the PVR350 back in, reconfigured once again, put both devices to 1, and now the thing is working! I can record on one, and get live TV with the other. I don't get it, but it works.

Hasso

Spoke too soon! I still get the same error in the case where Live TV is showing through the P7000.

Look at your logs again. You have something missing. The clue is "Pins"

Thanks for the support. I'll give that a try tonight.

Interesting that both cards need to be setup as device #1. Any particular reason?

In the present configuration, when both devices are 'sleeping', GBPVR always picks the P7000 for recording first, and the PVR350 for viewing first... which means I do not get the error in that case. The error only seems to occur if I am concurrently recording on both, and the P7000 finishes first, and is then used for Live TV. Leads me to think your suggestion is on the right track.
Regards,
Hasso

Its the device number for that specific device driver. So, if you set it to P7000/device number #2, then its looking for the *second* P7000.
