no recordings, recordings not showing up?

Not sure what is going on. A week ago or so I missed quite a few recordings after having an out of space error. The Failed messages didn't show up until after rebooting. So I thought everything was fine after that and related to the low disk space. However, it happened again where GBPVR stopped recording and there was no sign of a problem until afer rebooting the computer. Then it showed all the programs which had failed.
Has anyone else had this problem? I have had this computer up and running 24/7 since November and this is the 1st time I've had anything like this happen.
I can post the logs if you wish. Let me know which log you need to see to help.

Thanks Tipstir. I will check the event log and see what shows up.

I do reboot 1 - 2 times a month and have degrag scheduled to run every night. I also keep it updated.

It is in the garage and serves as our main HTPC box. So there has been no need to reboot more than whenever it crosses my mind. I understand the importance of it for keeping the system a little cleaner and that is why I try to do it at least once every other week when I remember.
