Can't seem to watch live tv after I updated. It goes to a black screen (with program info at the bottom). I see the Play button (MVP) flashing in the corner, then the stop button, then Im at the menu. Attached is part of the log. This is also after an XP SP2 upgrade. Everything worked ok before.

It looks like one of your directshow pins are failing to connect. I'm not sure what would be causing thing, but you could help me track it down. Using google, locate and download GraphEdit. Run it up. Select "Insert Filter" from the menu. Scroll down to, and expand, the "WDM ..." categories. Insert every Hauppauge filter you find. Then take a screenshot and email it to me at support@devnz.com. Dont send me the .grf file, as these are not portable between machine.

This will show me the names of the filters and their associated pins on your machine. One of these pins isn't connecting on your machine, which is almost certainly todo with the pin naming on your machine.

I reinstalled the drivers and no luck. Still get the pins errors.

I don't know what could have changed with SP2 (or why Im the only one having this problem). The tuning assistant can still get video though, so is it just a matter of renaming on your end for my case?

I'm still not sure you are having this problem, and why it is just affecting you. Unfortunately your problems have occurred at a bad time, when I'm in the middle of quite a few changes, so I'm not really able to send you patches to try.

I can commit to helping you get live tv going with the next release. Pre-releases should be available by this time next week, I've PM'd you the password for the pre-release area so you can keep an eye out for it.

I'm sure we can sort this out during the pre-release phase, and have it corrected before the main public release.
