Can I record FM radio with PVR350

I have a PVR350 and wish to record radio programs that appear in my EPG as mp3's.

How do I do this?

I've connected the '350s audio out to my sound card and have Lame installed on the PC. When I set a recording it always creates an mpeg file.

Help please
