Systems locks up

I just got a Sapphire 550 and i'm suddenly experiencing random system freezes. I don't have any idea what to do. If I uninstall the drivers, the system seems to work fine. Any help is really appreciated.

Asus p4p800e deluxe
1mb ram
Diamond Radeon 9800 pro
Maxtor Diamond Max 10 250 SATA
2x WD 120mb setup as raid
WINXP home Sp2
