Video Archive Panel

I'd like to be able to use the VA Panel in a skin but dont know how to set it up.

If I follow a link in the xrecord part of the wiki I'm asked for a password.

is there any config info anywhere

To skin a panel you need to to do things. First the panel's skin file needs to be be in the panels subdirectory. Next, you need to modifiy the skin.ml file in the main menu subdirectory to add the panel to the skin. Take a look at the blue skin for an example.
