Live TV Keeps stopping

While trying to watch live TV I keep getting thrown back to the main menu after a minute or so below is an extract of my log

I have a PVR350 & a Nova-t card it seems to be a problem only on 350.

I have just found that pressing pause and switching to timeshift mode seems to correct this problem.

still i would like to use it without having to timeshift all the time


Any ideas?
