Xrecord error message

I do not know if this is the proper place to write this, however, I am following the link from the GBPVR support page. I have upgraded to the most recent form of GBPVR and switched to the blue skin. I then downloaded and installed the latest version of XRecord. I followed the installation instructions and the options are now in the menu for GBPVR. When I click on the Xrecord option, an error immediately arises that says the "Font Arial doesn't support textstyle Regular" . I cannot get it to work. Any ideas on what to do to get Xrecord working?

This posted in one of the other threads. I seem to remember that arial is put in the skin as ariel. Edit the skin.xml file and search for ariel and change to arial.

Thank you for your reply, however, I looked through the Xrecord skin.xml and did not find any misspelling of Arial.
Any other ideas?

I will fix the "Ariel" in the skin. Bramwell, I am not sure.

2 things....where is the "Ariel" misspelling found. I have done a find through the xrecord skin.xml, but never found a misspelling.
also, this only happens when I click on xrecord. it does not happen with xguide or xsearch.

check for arial in the xrecord skin try changing regular to bold or something. i am not sure where it is misnamed

However, I checked the xrecord skin.xml for the word regular and it does not appear anywhere. That is one of the things I don't understand: why would the error message say regular when that word is not to be found in the skin.xml.

what about red sky does that work for xrecord?

I will try, however, I thought that with the new release of gbpvr, no other skin would work but the blue one.

if that is the case in the skin\blue
rename xrecord to xrecordold

then copy the xrecord directory from skin\red sky

to blue
