[Shutdown Plugin] Add Hibernate option

Hi there,

I've been checking out the Shutdown Plugin..
It looks good and is very functional (love the fact that it checks whether or not a recording is occurring) BUT it does not currently support Hibernate

Instead of adding a new Hibernate button - would some kind person be able to a new configuration setting for the plugin so that a user can configure the Shutdown button to do one of : Shutdown, Hibernate or Standby.

I actually tried doing the mod myself .. but strangely, building the project ended up corrupting my GBPVR install ?! .. with no C# experience .. not quite sure what went wrong..

im pretty sure the source code supports hibernate (and a few other shut down options) i just didnt bother including these (i editted it awhile ago, changed the shutdown code and added the "recording in progress" part, but someone did the last version). so if anyone wants to do this, its like a 10 minute job.
