Hi,
I have just started trying out the xguide plugin and while I really like the general concept of it. I have a difficulty changing guide views using the mvp remote.
My main use of gbpvr is as a music jukebox and a method of timeshifting TV shows by recording them [ I rarely watch live Tv], I only use an mvp for all this.
If I am not actually watching a recording then the music player is usually running in jukebox mode.
But I have found that if I use xguide to view what is on the Tv to see if I want something recorded, and use the stop button on the mvp remote to change the guide view then of course the music playing in the background stops.
Is there any way that plugins can be "insulated" from each other so that a key stroke / button press only causes changes to the plugin which is actually visible on the screen.
I'm sure this sort thing must happen with various other plugins
Does anybody have any ideas how to work round it
