I've noticed since upgrading to 93.13 that my skin is a little off, computer side is fine, it's only the MVP side. Generally i use the fat blue hi vis skin. I get a white line across the screen from the enlarged button (the center one) going all the way to the right and off the screen. I have no idea what's causing it. I tried a couple of other skins just to test and the fat blue is the only one i see it happening on.

It's mostly noticable on the main screen but is aparent on other screens as well. mostly the ones that have a white bottom on the button. I've attched a crude capture from my tv set. you can sort of see it but it's hard getting a non fuzzy screen capture off the mvp screen. But it's just below the recordings button going through the task image and off the side of the screen. Any ideas what might be causing this?

That does seem strange - it doesn't do it on my TV via the MVP using the fat blue high vis skin. Try changing the button borders to black (ie in the main menu skin.xml change borderColor="Vertical:Black-White" to borderColor="Black") and see if you still get it. Maybe it's just colour bleeding, but in that case, you should also get a faint line from any other bright lines, so I'm a bit stumped.

I tried your suggestion and it does work with the black border as opposed to the black white, of course it doesn't look as nice. It's very weird but seems the white is just streaking from the button all the way across the screen to the right.

I admit to a little mixing and matching and maybe just a little down right theft Smile but yes we both like it simple but attractive. I guess that's the rub for skins, everyone has a different idea of what's simple and attractive Smile

It might be worth seeing if it is your TV set causing the bleeding - try putting a bright block up on the left side of the screen in one of the skins and see if it causes the same streaking. eg put the following line into the skin before the end of the background composite image:
<DrawRect loc="40,40" size="70,12" radius="5" borderWidth="2" borderColor="White" fillColor="White"/>

or if you still have a video player Smile , try pausing it on a dark scene and see if any bright highlights are bleeding.

My MVP is viewable on all TV's and all of them show the same streaking, but i'll try your suggestion anyway, maybe it's the MVP itself?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean? However the streaking doesn't show up if i view the screen on a PC, it only shows on the MVP side on any TV. Either it's something in the new version of GBpvr or maybe i'm about to find a hardware problem somewhere. They're the only two things i can think of.

I tried that line on the main menu, no bleeding or streaking from it. just a rectanglar while box in the upper left hand corner of the screen. It seems that i get the streaking on any screen that uses the "Vertical:Black-White" line in a button, and of course that all of them to keep the skin consistant. I've tried changing the border to white it still does it there as well as almost any light color. Something else i've noticed is it's most noticable on the selectedbuttonimage as opposed to normal or centered button image. I don't know if that means anything or not.

I have a spare MVP here and i'm going to swap them out and see if that makes any difference. But to be honest i don't expect it to. To my way of thinking if it's going bad it would be streaking everywhere there is a white line not just the button in focus?
