When inputting text with the number buttons i'd like to see a cursor move or something so that I can tell when the next button press of the same key is ready be interpreted as a new letter.
I start to recorder ".ts" files instead of ".mpg" and I sow that ".ts" files are 1,5-2 times bigger than ".mpg". If I remux ".ts" files in to ".mpg" the files became smaller. Is it a "must" or it's a bug?
I'm looking to add manual recording ability to the dvbt radio plugin. I'd like a popup similar to that of the Man Rec available in the pvrx2 Recordings plugin.
I can easily do a left/right step through channels and also date but is there an easy way to have a user enter start/finish times, i.e., not just step in steps of 5 or 10 minutes but be able to enter a time with the keyboard or remote? Is there a UiElement 'textbox' equivalent or do I need to build this myself?
One time, I had my playback settings set to VMR9 for rendering and Mpeg Video Decoder for playback, and I eventually got a choppy, very small picture in LiveTV, after waiting maybe 5 minutes. Not sure what that was about.

Hi, I just downloaded this program today, and it looks very promising!
I have two items, that from quick research I could not see is included (but if I'm wrong, feel free to yell at me!!)
1. My tv has a lot of overscan/underscan (not sure which, I just know it cuts off a good portion of the top of my movies, say 5-7%). Today, I use zoomplayer as one can easily "zoom" in and out, when playing a movie, so it is perfectly adjusted. Does the GBPVR software have similar functionality? It would be great if it also works for the menusystems etc, as I naturally have over/underscan always...
2. Closely related: Would it be possible to get a function that stores the exact screen position, so I don't have to adjust every time I start a movie?
3. As an alternative to 1&2, a function that allows me to call zoomplayer for certain filetypes and with certain parameters would work too.
4. Bonus feature... I have all my movies stored in separate folders (not TS_Video or anything, just a folder with the name of the movie, then inside, a file with the name of the movie.extension. Would it be possible to have the menu system show a .jpg icon for each "folder"? I know I could put everything in one folder, and make a .jpg for each movie. I'd rather keep each movie separate (still with .jpg per movie in each of those folders).

I am in the UK and think comskip works well, does not always get it right but its a great idea.
Upon recording a show and playing bakc in GBPVR I get the dark green section in the light green timeline to show the skipped adverts but it does not seem to auto skip unless you watch the whole show.
If you move to a section a few minutes before the comskip mark then it plays the adverts too and seems to ignore the dark green comskip start and stop points.
I have check alot of posts on the forum and cannot find why this happens. I am running the latest version of GBPVR and have auto-skip ticked in the config and allow comskip to generate its data after the recording has finsished.
All this works a treat and all the required files are generated including the 2 text files, the EDL file and the .logo file.
Two things:
1) If I have a guide window up and either I put my machine to sleep or something happens on the server side, almost continuous errors popup about the server not being available. The rate these popup is spaced out just far enough so I can quickly close the window, but otherwise they keep coming. Very annoying. Could the dialog boxes be replaced by a small text entry towards the top notifying the user of the guide's connection status?
2) When viewing listings in the guide, and either you click the button to move ahead in the schedule or after you click record on a selection, the page automatically jumps back up to the top. Typical in terms of web pages but many listings sites somehow keep your spot on the page.
This release is fairly minor but now includes better channel scanning for non-UK dvb-t systems and support for specific audio streams (no more chipmunks for example). It also has more extended logging to try to solve some issues.
If you're happy with v1.4, there's not much point in installing this release. If you like messing with Beta code then give it a whirl and let me have your feedback (in the DVB-T Radio support forum).
NOTE: If you have a previous version, the xml settings file and the database need to be overwritten with the contents of the new zip.

I have been hooked on Xrecord since I first used GBPVR years ago. I just installed 1.3.7 on my computer upstairs and noticed I get an illegal exception or some other error in PVRX2. I tried using the default blue theme and community skin with no luck.
Does Xsuite / Xrecord still work with 1.3.7 or do I have some other problem unrelated to 1.3.7?
