Guide update only successful after stop/start of NPVR service. After the initial update , the following EPG updates go thru the processes (seems successful) but will not update the Guide. Logs attached including mylog of activities

I've patiently deleted ~2500 channels via the GUI / settings / channels. All good, except now I'd like to get a few of those channels back, and can't find a way to do it.
Is there, for instance, an .xml file I can safely edit? Or do I have to repeat the whole painful process again? I'm using Version: 5.1.0.201216
How can I make the TV tab display on Kodi startup? The default is Home screen and I can select either TV Guide or TV Channels, but not the TV tab itself.
Due to my location I have 2 antennas - one pointing at Toronto and one at Buffalo.
Toronto is connected to a Hauppauge tuner / Buffalo is connected to a HDHomerun dual tuner.
There are a few stronger channels which show up in both scans. When I go to channels or TV Guide, I see 3 instances of each of these channels. How do I configure NextPVR to recognize these are one in the same, available on any of the 3 devices?
After the first install, I had 54 Los Angeles stations listed in channels, and 2 devices shown (extra-locast.xml & extra-locast-trial.xml). But there was no guide data shown even though locast-xmltv.xml in NPVR-data showed TV listings. Streaming failed error came up when I tried to view a channel.
I remembered that I hadn't yet donated to locast due to a message in the cmd window, so I did so and tried again the next day. I ran python locast.py install a 2nd time after deleting the locast folder, the xmltv file and I don't remember what else. This time everything worked to completion including guide information and the ability to view live TV from the guide or from channels. Except I was identified in the wrong market in a different time zone; not what I wanted.
So I tried a third install, and I'm back to the LA market with no guide data and no streaming, 54 channels showing in devices as unavailable. I noticed when running the locast.py.install that the each line stated already present or something similar; seems it didn't do anything over from the first install.
As a Fire TV Cube owner, I would love another option for PVR. I have been using Plex but the DVR has gotten really flaky in builds going back to summer. I am interested in trying the NextPVR Android TV client on my Fire TV Cube. I have no desire to hack my box to get the Google Play Store. Any hopes of publishing on the Amazon Appstore? As a paid app it would open up a whole new market.

I am getting more and more comfortable with NextPVR being someone who used DVBLogic's DVBLink server for ages.
The question (or wish) that I have is difficult to put into one word, maybe IPTV Broadcasting is the correct description, I don't know.
What I would like to do is the following:
At my place I use cable TV. I have a PC that is running NextPVR (formerly DVBLink) on Windows 10. There is one DVB-C PCIe card installed that gives access to 8 tuners hence enabling me to watch 8 streams simultanously. Right now, I am using KODI on a Raspberry Pi with LibreELEC installed on it and attached to almost every single TV in our home. This way I cannot only see all my DVB-C channels but I also have access to other media.
I also have a few TVs here that are able to handle IPTV (DBV-IP, Sat>IP).
Now my question, or wish:
Is is possible that NextPVR acts as an IPTV broadcaster turning the DBV-C streams into IPTV streams and sending them via network to IPTV tuners or TV that can handle IPTV or Sat>IP?
That way I wouldn't need a Raspi with each TV and I wouldn't have to install antenna cables to every TV but I could keep it simple and have Cat. 7 network cabling everywhere.
There is one server offered by a German guy, it is called DVBViewer, that offers exactly this service. But I must admit that I don't like it very much since its UI is quite confusing, also the media server could do better in terms of transcoding and VPN access. So, to me DVBViewer is not a solution.
I am having an issue with my LAN and V5 using the Hauppauge DCR-3250 Cable Card Triple Tuner. It is a TCP issue and will take some time to resolve. In the meantime, I am using V4, which uses UDP, as a workaround. I would like to return to V5 but I need to create an "extra" device to access the tuner using UDP. My research into creating an extra device has come from the Wiki snd examples from two other extra sources:

Trying to watch the channel with the desktop app produces no picture or sound though the tuner is sending the stream: Launching VLC specifying port 5004 produces perfect picture and sound. If I tell FFMPEG to save the stream as a .ts file, file playback is flawless.
Attached are the logs from a service restart to cancelling the desktop app's empty screen.
Does anyone have a suggestion about what might be wrong? I'd really appreciate the help.

I have just upgraded from V4 to V5 and am now getting Buffering issues when watching both live and recorded HD channels. About every 8-10 seconds, the display will pause for a second or two. A message saying "Server is not fast enough for playback in a web browser (0.947x)" often precedes the problem (which was not evident in V4).
Otherwise, everything seems to be working beautifully, including non-HD channels.
I'm using Version: 5.1.0.201216
