Am planning a little app that will help me determine what is coming on in the next 14 days. Not really big on the idea of learning about XML parsers to go through the XMLTV or Zap2it dumps so I was wondering if GB stores this info in the DB. If so where? I found a table called PROGRAMME but it is a little confusing and shows no channel info. So how does it relate that to the correct channel?
Any info or pointers to where I can read up on how GB stores guide data would be greatly appreciated.
i'm using version 0.99.5 with pinnacle DVB-T 200e USB device & CyberLink MPEG Muxer VERSION: 5.0.2022 plugins: shutdown & bleepbloop.
hi sub,
i can't update EPG after updating to 0.99.5 i've done a reboot, empty EPG & update EPG, still the errors are the same "DVB EPG error reading xml: System.Xml.XmlException: Root element is missing". should i enable <SaveDvbEpgXML>true</SaveDvbEpgXML> in config.xml or do you have any other ideas i could try out?
thanks,
K.S.

It is caused by excessive AVIVO Temporal Denoising and the workaround is to disable that function in the registry. ATI claim it was fixed in Catalyst 6.8 but according to the thread it is still a problem, even on 6.12
I've been using GBPVR for a while now and just set it up on my Intel MacBook (I use bootcamp to have both MacOS X and Windows XP Pro installations). I set up my Hauppage PVR2USB2 the same way I did on my old computer. Whenever I try to watch live TV, I can hear the audio of whatever channel I am watching (I can switch channels as well) but video never displays - even if I tried going into full screen mode. I've set my monitor to multiple resolutions to no avail. Any suggestions?
