Got my GB-PVR up and running, this is great!!!! Thats for all the hard work and dedication that went in to this Sub and by everybody documenting this process in a very
professional manner. I know have a question.
I was planning to burn to DVD the things I record that I want to keep, but then I thought, (to free up disk space) I would off load my casual mpegs onto a VCR tape. I didn't
see anyway to que up say 6 hrs of recorded mpegs so that they would play continuously so I can just start up the VCR and walk away. Is this possible?
Note that these skins as well as other skins, buttons, and backgrounds can be selected and reconfigured simply using the remote control from the comfort of your easy chair. Don't be left out!

There are literally thousands of combinations.
gogetemall and gettrailers seem to be needing an update... just wondering if anyone who knows how and has the motivation to do them... I love to show off to friends the trailers...
I've been trying to get sixgun's MpegImport utility to properly recognize the metadata stored in my NTFS when it imports stuff...
If you recall we had a problem with the filenames in Hebrew because the resulting XML didn't have the correct header with windows-1255 charset.
However, all of the metadata that we read from the disk is all converted to ??????s. And I noticed it has no header line at all. I am wondering if this is maybe the source of the problem.
Is there any chance that GBPVR writes the metadata wihtout the header and so it gets converted to ???s ?
This problem has recently started for me. When my computer goes into standby and then comes back out of standby, the remote fails. I have the Hauppauge 45-button remote. In fact, I can't just restart the remote. I have to restart the computer for it to work again. Anyone have any thoughts?
Is it just me or is the latest version of the Volume plugin not working with the new 97.7 version of GBpvr? I made sure the dll's were installed in the proper directories and "Volume" was in one of the VideoPlugin lines in the config.xml. Every time I hit the up or down volume button on the remote I get the following error message:
Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
