A program called program.dvr-ms is recorded. When it's finished, it gets converted to program.mpg. That when I believe I have problems. Comskip gets called in postprocessing.bat and then errors out and I'm not sure if it's because the file is still being written to from the convert to mpg or if the filename passed from gbpvr is different than what comskip is expecting.
So when does postprocessing get called? After the conversion to mpg?
When GBPVR passes the program name to postprocessing.bat, will it be the original name or the converted name?

Hello All,
I have one of the old Soundblaster Digital VCR cards with remote and was wondering if the GBPVR software supported it and the remote as I would like to build another PVR in my home lab using a Dish 301.
Thanks..

I just removed all my "Capture Sources" but this still wont delete my numbering of 6 channels under "Channels" how do I make a clean setup with a new defined Capture sources without a total reinstall...?
Where is the file that are saving the numbering order of these 6 channels?
I'm using a PVR350. When watching/recording TV there is a small white line on the bottom of the screen (on all channels). This is annoying cause my TV will not automatically switch to 16:9 mode due to this white line (when viewing a 16:9 broadcast). Has anyone had the same problem?
Finally got GBPVR running like I wanted. Works fine for viewing and recording TV. But now I wonder...
Is it possible to view pictures on GBPVR (using my pictures) and using the tv-ot of a PVR350 card?
Is it also (not?) possible to view AVI's on this tv-out?
Or am I stuck to only MPEG1/2 recordings? Is there a "by-pass" possible for the hardware MPEG-codec?
Damned ... got a new machine and nothing´s working anymore.
Don´t know what i did with the old machine but it was working perfectly.
Any suggestion ? The problem is that i cant receive any channels (eg. the DVB-S Card is not working) Hardware is:
AMD Athlon 64 3000
ASUS A8V Deluxe
2 X 256Mb Corsair DDR400 CL2
Medion Geforce4 TI4200 NView TV out
Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-S (a KNC One Clone)
250Gb Samsung IDE ATA
Phllips 1648 DVD DL
Home Digital Desktop Case with IMON VFL Display/Remote
Home Digital 2,4Ghz Keyboard with Trackball
350W PSU Fanless 0db
Heatsink Sharkoon Red Shock 120mm Fan@900rpm 15db
Reception with bundled Software is fine- changing to BDA drivers gives
no result for me in gbpvr.
What went wrong ?????
Until a couple of days ago i've been running 95.10 for several weeks without any problems. I've got a NOVA-T usb2 and i could update the epg for all channels without any problems.
However, a couple of days ago i upgraded to 95.14 and the epg is behaving a bit strange. It runs ok but leaves big gaps on some channels and others it doesnt pick up at all.
Has anyone else had similar problems? apart from this its working fine.
keep up the good work Sub!
cheers

First off let me say that the Hi Vis skin is great for the MediaMVP, especially for someone like me who is suffering from aging eyes
I would very much like to take advantage of SUB's recent upgrade of gbpvr to ver 95.14. I've tried it and, as reported, it seems to resolve the issue where the MediaMVP times out and disconnects and then re-connects if an operation takes longer than 8 seconds (very common when Enqueueing many folders at one time in My Music).
Unfortunately, I find that 95.14 will not load with the Fat Blue - Hi Vis skin, so I really can't use 95.14 yet, unless I want to sit 2 feet from the TV (a 27") when trying to read the screen.
Do you have any plans for updating the skin to be compatible with the new release?
