Memory does not seem to be the problem, possible HDD bandwith. Anyway, running so many recordings is already a big load on the HDD.
Did you ever measure the load on the HDD?
P4 3GHz 1GB, 250GB, nVidia dualTV, GBPVR 1.3.11, XP

No, I never did measure the load other than just knowing what I can do on the computer at the same time all three tuners are recording shows. Things slow down a little, but I'm still able to use email, browse the internet, even access the hard drive. Opening apps like Photoshop or PaintShop is a big no-no, and I'm not going to burn a CD or DVD while all those recordings are going on, but the system is usuable. It's definitely not useable if I'm running Comskip, though.
Is there an app that you recommend for measuring the HDD load? I guess there's not something built-in to XP home that provides that.
