I hava an Avermedia Avertv USB2.0 plus.
Is this hardware supported? Or is there a possibilty it will be in the future?

No.

Probably not. If its similar to other Avermedia devices, you might be able to get it goig by adding a new section to the direct.ini file.

Damn,

I'm just looking for an alternative PVR since the PVR software supplied by AverMedia always chrashes.
GBPVR looks very cool, but I've no experience with it, so your tip on the direct.ini file is not helping me further....

Is somebody aware of an other PVR that could be used...?
