Hello,

Been a user of GB-PVR for about a year now and have been very happy! I'm not an expert though and I have a basic setup. Last week, I made an error in my Windows Date and Time Properties where a date a week or so later was selected.

I can't remember how long it took me to notice, maybe 5 minutes, maybe a couple hours. But the next time I went to use GB-PVR all my recurrings had failed and when I go to select a broadcast in the guide, it selects the next episode a week later.

Any ideas on how I can fix this? I searched the forum and didn't see a similar problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

If GB-PVR finds it has recordings that were due to occur in the past, it marks them as failed.

Your only option is to delete them and reschedule.

Hehe. I accidentally did this when trying to find what day the 4th of August was this year and, whoops!, left the date on that.

Once I twigged what I had done I restored the date on the PC and decided to empty the EPG and update it from scratch. That restored all my recurring recordings without problem and left me only with the unique recordings to worry about.

Yeah, that's actually what I did. I went into the guide for the same day and picked a show to air that night. Then when I went into the recurring screen, it shows the next episode a week later. When the episode came to air that night, it just ignored it Sad

hehe. I also tried that, deleting the EPG, restarting my computer (with correct date :p ) and then updating the EPG.
