Oddly on one FTA Channel, I get Audio but no Video. Logs show this error

It wont be to do with this. If you're getting audio, then it's tuned correctly, since audio and video are part of the same transport stream. This error message does occur for a lot of devices when live tv or recording is started, and not actually a problem. It submits the tuning request twice, once while hooking the device up (which can result in this message above), and once when running.

Um.... I can get a ts if I record it on that channel, but then video works. Do you want this ts?
It is only "audio but no video" (black screen) on LiveTV, on that channel. How do I capture this type of ts? The LiveTVBuffer doesn't grow?

My request for a file was based on the incorrect assumption that'd also get no video playing a recording.

Based on the symptoms you describe (one channel always giving no video in live tv, but video present during playback), it sounds like the broadcaster has changed the video pid since you originally setup that channel, and you'd need to rescan and remap that channel to correct it.

(NPVR is immune from this problems. It doesnt store the audio/video pids)

Aggggh, so that's why NPVR is Ok!
