deleting multiple recording at once

There's been discussion on the MVP forum suggesting deleting numerious records to allow for the MVP to keep up... But, within GBpvr, I only know how to browse to an individual episode and hit delete.

Is there a better way to select many recordings at once? I have hundreds of kid's shows - low quality, some as short as fifiteen min - and to open each up individually in order to delete is going to take forever!

Without editing the database using Microsoft Access, there is no easy way to delete multiple recordings in one go.
