What are the error messages? Is comskip invoked fom the postprossceeing.bat file or from within GBPVR itself?

There is a problem with certain types of mpeg files.
What is you recording source?
P4 3GHz 1GB, 250GB, nVidia dualTV, GBPVR 1.3.11, XP
