Alternative is a cut file to comskip output converter.

If you thought you'd really use it, I'll write one for you in perl. It'd take about 15 minutes... maybe more to find my perl to exe compiler if you don't have or want to install perl. The zoom player cut file is very similar to a comskip .txt file and a program to convert it is simple.

Personally, I'm hoping for a configuration option that would allow us to create a menu of commands we can run on any particular file, on-demand or if specified while scheduling a recording, after the recording completes. This way we could do a one-time transcode, correct a broken timeline, re-run comskip or do whatever else we want all from within gbpvr.
