How to restart MVP services w/o stopping recording

How do you restart MVP server w/o stopping recording services? I want to restart MVP but can't without disrupting any recording. Is there a way to just restart to MVP servers without stopping and restarting the recording service?

Each time you press the green power button on the MVP remote, the MVP server it was connected to is restarted. Take a look in the task list at the process ID, then press the green power button and you'll see for yourself.

Neat! I wondered the same thing and figured that when things went wrong, the MVP green button would just turn it off and reconnect to the same instance.
