Hi Everyone,
Was trying a few new things with directory folder setting's and now the 8 shows that I had previously recorded are no longer listed in GBPVR under recorded shows.

What do I need to do to re-add them into GB? Is there a file to modify?
Thanks for the info.

Hm... the wiki is down right now, but somewhere on there, there is a utility to add the mpegs back... I found the link in another thread:

try this..http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php...recordings
you can recover all the show data just like it was..Smile [makes a recording-dump.xml that you can import into config]
saved me twice already...
and if you want to move them to another location, just do a search/replace oldpath - newpath and you can move them to new drive..
edit: note, only works if you use NTFS filesystem...[which i highly recommend for recording drive]

Thanks, will look at that thread as well. I ran mpegimport and it created the recording_dump file, but I am not sure what to do with the file.

In the config app, on one of the tabs (can't remember which right now) there are two buttons (export recordings and import recordings). Choose import recordings, and point out the file you just created. That should do the trick.

I believe the "import recordings" button is on the "Plugins" tab.

I can't believe how many times I had gone over the tabs I thought the import function would be on (Directories) and I just completely missed the two import/export buttons on the plug in page. Guess I just never expected them to be on that tab. My bad.
No matter, the mpegimport utility worked liked a charm! Thanks everybody!
