According to your logs GB-PVR is not aware of any problem. Its starts recording Blue's Clues at 6:59 waits until 7:25 then stops the recording. No errors occur in between these two points.

The is usally a sign that the card isnt producing data even though its going through the motions.

Have you tried different versions of the PVR350 drivers? Other than that sorry, I dont have any suggestions.

Sparky Wrote:Something did happen tho - all of my 'recurring' recordings duplicated. Since that happened - I had many conflicts. - One for each recurring show. I left it alone and after it had recorded several shows - when I checked the recordings - the same shows would appear in duplicate in the recording list - one as failed and one as ready.

I'm having the same problem with the Bleb UK listings. It started with the previous release - one of my recurring shows was always scheduled twice in the same time slot, ie. always conflicting with itself. I assumed it was a listing problem.

With the new release, I deleted then recreated my capture source, channels and recurring shows, hoping this would fix it (and some other channels releated problems I've had). Now all my recurring shows seem to be scheduled twice! This can also be seen in the Guide, where a show will be listed twice for the same timeslot (I think I even saw 3 times once)!

Any idea what can cause this?

Update: It looks like my db was screwed (as I suspected). I tried converting to the new format but it failed half-way through. When I reloaded the EPG (now using the new db), the duplicates have gone, plus channel/scheduled related changes are now much faster than they were before Smile.

Hi Sub,

After several attempts to iron out my wrinkles... I am still having troubles with lock ups. It always seems to happen when a show is to start recording. I have it set with a 1 min pre-show padding. I've started tracking the lock ups and the following has occurred:
June 27 - 7:59pm - when Nova should start recording
June 28 - 7:59pm - when Hi-5 should start recording
June 29 - 6:59pm - when Mythbusters should start recording.

There have been many other lockups - but those are the latest. I've attached the logfiles and hope you can help explain these problems for me.

Thanks,
Lisa

Still sounds like drivers or faulty hardware to me, particularly if its locking up.
