I'm using GBPVR Version 1.0.2168.28054. My 200GB Hard Disk filled up, now I can't record any shows! How can I make GBPVR automatically delete older shows to make room for the newer ones? Let me know! Thanks!
You are using *what* version now again? For recurring recordings, you can set "keep number of recordings" to 2. Or 1. Or 5. That way gbpvr will delete older shows (within that "recurrency") as you go along.

sounds more like the version number of the card driver
uhm... correction. a973352 is not that wrong... stefan: check the version of e.g. config.exe (alt+enter, et all): 1.0.2243.26300
a973352: we use the number in the config app (first tab page) to identify the version. e.g. the actual version is 0.96.8
AMD 1600mHz, 512 M RAM, 20+160 GB drive, Hauppauge PVR-350 + PVR-150 + PVR-150MCE, Win XP Pro SP3, using software decoding.
There is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has already happened.
Sorry, my bad... if you look at the version number of gbpvr.exe, it actually *is* 1.0.2243.24809, which would then yield it not-so-impossible that a973352 runs 1.0.2168.28054

There is no built in logic to automatically remove shows when you're running out of disk space. I leave this as exercise for the user.
I good option to use when you're scheduling recordings though, is the 'max recordings'. This can be used to tell it to only keep the last x recordings of a season recording. This really helps with disc usage.
